The Challenge

Data across multiple platforms meant marketing and sales was not joined up with no visibility of customers and leads across the company. This meant the customer experience was not optimal; especially as architects & interior designers (a key target market) could be working with multiple people across the company.

Roundhouse wanted visibility of their data and needed the information across multiple places to be amalgamated within a CRM. The CRM needed to be tailored to their business and everyone including marketing and sales needed training on the new system.

How We Did It

We were the CRM specialists for the whole project; completing the full set-up, training the company and automating key processes so that they were automated.

We started by auditing the data, sharing insights on next steps and how Roundhouse could use the CRM system across the company. Then through customer journey mapping we identified how the system should be set-up so it was tailored to Roundhouse. After this we amalgamated all data sources into Hubspot (the chosen CRM). Following this the website was connected so all data would be automatically added to the CRM system. Marketing and branding templates were also created. Finally, an intensive training programme was rolled out across the company which involved group and one-to-one training; within four weeks all key personnel were trained up, excited by the insight available and using the system on a regular basis.
